(Gregg Lynn) SB traffic is being diverted at Frederick
(1:10pm) St Joseph police announced that both southbound lanes are now open.
(6:47am) Crews have reopened the passing lane of I-29 south of Frederick.
Authorities say no one was hurt when an ethanol tanker overturned at about 4am. The passing lane was opened to traffic nearly three hours later, but it took another six and a half hours to remove the truck.
They transferred the cargo to another tanker.
