Law enforcement authorities have been alerted to report of a stolen vehicle. The 1996 Chevy Lumina was last seen just after midnight on Monday at 6th and Poplar in Ottawa, Kansas. The vehicle is white and grey, has some rust and a Kansas license 654DPR
