Lt. Shawn Skoglund
Skoglund will be designated as the Troop H District II lieutenant.
After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy in 1995, he was assigned to Troop B, and lived in Moberly.
He transferred to Troop H in 1998 and was assigned to Zone 2, Maryville, MO.
Skoglund was promoted to the rank of corporal in 2000, and transferred to Zone 1, Mound City, MO.
He was promoted again to the rank of sergeant in 2002, and transferred to Zone 9, Chillicothe, MO.
Lieutenant Skoglund is married to Shannon (Galbreath), formerly of Bolckow, MO.
