Michael Head
Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox tells us their investigation began November 22nd after the drug Oxycotin was stolen from a residence on Livingston County Road 520.
In a news release, Cox says their investigation resulted in the arrest and formal charges being filed against Michael G. Head Jr., a 35-year-old man from Chillicothe.
Head has been released on his own recognizance while under house arrest at the home of his father. The court scheduled a December 4 court appearance for scheduling or waiving of Head’s preliminary hearing.
