A Tennessee man was killed Friday morning when his motorcycle was hit by a Jeep Cherokee along US-36 east of St Joseph.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a Jeep Cherokee driven by an 82-year-old Stewartsville man pulled into the path of the Harley Davidson ten miles east of St Joseph at 7:15am Friday.
A crash report identifies the motorcyclist as Eric Gorrell, 37, of Hendersonville, Tennessee.
The other motorist, Steve Hadorn of Stewartsville suffered moderate injuries. Hadorn’s passenger, 82-year-old Jo Anne Hadorn of Stewartsville suffered minor injuries. All three were taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center, where Gorrell was pronounced dead at 8:10am Friday.
