Juan Carlos Figueroa
According to court documents, Juan Carlos Figueroa was under the influence of alcohol, and was urinating outside a residence on King Hill Ave. on August 15 when the victim walked by. The probable cause affidavit asserts Mr Figueroa kissed her on the lips and then “used his hands to penetrate the vagina of the female.”
Figueroa is charged with 1st Degree Child Molestation, a class-b felony. He is free on $35,000 bond.
According to online court records, Mr Figueroa is scheduled for Circuit Court arraignment November 24. Last Friday, he waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
