BETHANY–One person was injured in a Thursday morning crash in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Mazda 626 driven by Sarah H. Nelson, 38, Elk River was southbound in the driving lane of I-35 three miles south of Bethany. The vehicle was rear ended by a 2000 Chevy Impala driven by Quentin T. Hogan, 22, Ridgeway.
Nelson lost control of the Mazda. The vehicle ran off the west side of the interstate, struck an embankment and rolled several times.
Nelson was transported to Harrison County Community Hospital. Hogan was not injured.
The MSHP reports Nelson was wearing a seat belt.
