The Missouri State Highway Patrol says that Ford Ranger that crashed and rolled on I-29 in St Joe early Monday morning was stolen.
According to the patrol’s online arrest reports two people are in custody. Princess Breeanna A. Brown, 19, of Omaha, is accused of first degree felony tampering, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, and driving without a valid license.
A Homer, New York man, Jacob D. Falso, 20, was charged with misdemeanor tampering.
According to the patrol’s crash report, Brown was driving southbound in the passing lane of I-29 near Cook Road at 1:25am Monday when she lost control of the pickup. The truck spun clockwise and rolled over as it careened off the west side of the highway.
A third person was in the truck, identified as Christopher D. Rudd, 18, of Omaha. Rudd’s name was not listed on the patrol’s online arrest report by mid-morning Monday.
All three were transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center with what were described at the scene as minor injuries.
